TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This quote sets out the terms and conditions between you (being an individual or a company acting through its authorized officer) (“you” or the “client”) and IRCA Global Pty Ltd (“IRCA” or “we” or “us”). It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any change in your contact details and to provide us with the alternative contact details. We will not be held liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages incurred or suffered by you because of your failure to provide accurate, up to date contact details. After IRCA Global (Pty) Ltd has received your booking form we accept that your attendance has been approved by your supervisor unless we are informed in writing to the contrary.

General Terms and Conditions:

• This quote is valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.

• Full payment is due for the number of learners booked on the course and signed off on the booking confirmation form. Should more learners attend the course, then you will be invoiced for the increased learner numbers. Should less learners attend, you will remain liable for the booked quantity.

• The full course fee shall be payable 7 working days before the commencement date of the course.

• Companies that have been approved through the credit vetting process may provide a valid Purchase order/s.

• Training booking confirmations will be sent to the registered students once a valid purchase order/s or proof of full payment has been received.

• Students must meet the minimum requirements as stipulated (if applicable) before attending IRCA Courses.

• The Learner Information Form to be completed. A certified copy of ID not older than 3 months and a copy of medical fitness certificate (If applicable) not older than 12 months to be attached.

• Training material and presentations utilized during the training will remain the Intellectual Property of IRCA Global Pty Ltd.

• Certificates are processed and issued within 15 days from the date on which all required administrative and commercial requirements are met.

• No certificates will be issued until overdue accounts are settled in full.

• Travelling costs will apply for all on-site training bookings at a rate of R6.50 per kilometre.

• Accommodation will be charged per night when required.

• Course registration begins at 08h30 and the course commences at 09h00 and is completed daily by no later than 16h00.

• Candidates arriving late will not be permitted to the training

Cancellation/Non-Attendance/Postponement:

• If you are not able to attend a course which you have booked for, you are required to inform IRCA in writing via email.

• You may send a substitute person in your place.

• Cancellation date will be considered the date we received the cancellation letter or letter to postpone.

• Full refunds will only be given if you have given us 10 working days’ notice before the course commencement date.

• If less than 5 working days’ notice is given, the full course fee will be payable.

• If less than 10 working days’ notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be payable.

• IRCA Global Pty Ltd reserve the right to withdraw/reschedule a course at any time.

Quote Acceptance:

I hereby accept I have read and fully understand the contents of this agreement. This agreement is a legal binding and all terms and conditions under it is enforceable on either party. I am aware that it is my responsibility to contact IRCA if I do not receive an acknowledgement of the services required. I agree to my details being added to IRCA database in order that information relating my booking can be sent to me. I hereby confirm the above Company has appointed me as the authorized person to enter into agreement with IRCA Global Pty Ltd and that all information provided is true and correct.

Short Form Agreement
